Welcome to
The Haven Therapy Group
A safe space for healing, connection and growth
Many people come to therapy not because they are “broken,” but because they are feeling stuck in the same emotional patterns, relationship struggles, or sense of overwhelm that has become difficult to manage alone.
Therapy can provide a space to gain deeper self-understanding, process difficult experiences, strengthen relationships, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
At Haven Therapy Group, we offer collaborative, compassionate psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families across Ontario.
We have a vision of therapists supporting one another as a collective. The Haven Therapy Group supports therapists as well as clients. We provide resources, coaching, supervision, and client centered care. As Registered Psychotherapists with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), we are committed to creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. We walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges at a pace that feels comfortable and right for you.
